Downtown

Downtown is the area east of Burrard to Main street including Gastown except the corner portion between Smith, Richards and Pacific which is considered Yaletown. The area is desirable for its close proximity to Granville and Robson Street, the public library, downtown office buildings and rapid transit . Most of the building in this area are less than 15 years old.
